These exotic species were introduced to New Mexico over 30 years ago. The oryx are on the White Sands Missile Range, – and surrounding areas. A very similar to African style of hunting is the preferred method of hunting, most shots will be taken standing from a tripod shooting sticks system. Typically shots range from 150-250 yards.
