Restrictions:
All handicapped hunters must receive doctor certification. For the purposes of entering and redeeming the drawn license, a handicapped person is defined by the State of New Mexico as someone who meets at least one of the following criteria:
“Permanent restriction to the use of a wheelchair, a walker, two crutches, severe permanent restriction of movement in both arms, or who has a combination of permanent disabilities which cause comparable substantial functional limitation.”

- 5 day Elk – $5500 plus New Mexico state sales tax
- 5 day Mule Deer – $4250 plus New Mexico state sales tax
- 2 day Antelope – $3500 plus New Mexico state sales tax
